Get some Lyme Dip which you coat your dog in after baths. Then buy flea and tick shampoo to bathe your dog in and then get some flea and tick spray to spray the home with. Mites can spread to humans and other pets too. Bathe ALL pets in the home to prevent spreading.

An injection of Ivermectin, every week for at least a month is the standard treatment for most dogs that have mange mites. It is important to get every dog in the household treated because it is very contagious. Note that a few breeds will not be able to tolerate Ivermectin.

Just wash your dog with a medicated pet shampoo designed specifically for the removal of skin parasites. A handful of washes within a few weeks is enough.
