usually you would go to the doctor and he would freeze them off with liquid nitrogen. there are different creams you could try at home, there are surgical ways to remove them also, there is a injection of interferon alfa, abstinence is the best way to prevent the hpv virus.

You can't cure genital warts but you can control the outbreaks to a point with medication that are doctor prescribed.

genital warts could be due some bacterial or fungal infection. you should consult venirologist fror this. or you can take anti fungal tablets either orally or through intra venously. you should also maintain personal hygeine to very great extent, which also play a vital role in curing your problem. dust your private areas with good antifungal powder
