You don't. Asthma is a condition that is for most of the time controlled by medications. A lot of times an asthma attack is the result of an allergy. Your doctor will no doubt put you through many tests. Sometimes it takes awhile to figure out the best medicines to control your symptoms/

You cannot get rid of asthma completely. THe best you can do is to manage the disease well with lifestyle choices, medications, and other treatments that your doctor recommends. You should not be having symptoms everyday though, because this is not well controlled asthma.

Unfortunately, asthma never goes away. However, it can be controlled with proper medication which is often taken year round for maintenance. Besides the usual albuterol rescue inhalers, there are metered-dose inhalers that contain steroids. These types of steroids do not build muscle and act locally on lung tissue to prevent inflammation and swelling. Go to an allergist for treatment.

There is no cure for asthma, but it can be managed. You should be prepared with your inhaler. Know what triggers attacks (e.g., allergies). Stress can aggravate an existing attack.
