How do you get rid of a salty taste in your mouth?

I haven't eaten salt today.

Your body may be withholding extra sodium due to dehydration. Drink plenty of water. THe human body should get at least eight cups of water per day. You can also use a mouthwash to rinse thetaste of salt from your mouth, or gargle with warm water to rid the taste as well.

Drink lots of water. this will not only wash your mouth, but dehydration could be the cause, either through a lack of water intake, or from the excessive drinking of caffeine, alcohol or caffeinated soft drinks.
