Normally i eat alot before i go to bed. Then I come home and drink at least two or three glasses of water. Then when I wake up in the morning if I dont feel well still I drink as much water as possible. I know it doesn't sound apetizing to drink tons the next morning but it works rehydration
A hangover is simply your body being dehydrated from not having enough water in it. Alcohol will do this too you, and a lot of drinking will give you a hangover the next morning. The only cure for a hangover is getting as much water back into your system as possible.
While nothing is a certain cure for a hangover, it usually helps to drink a lot of water and take some b-complex vitamins. You should also try to eat something.
