How do you get PowerPoint 2007 to play a slideshow?

After you get all the slides created that you want to show you can go to "Tools" then "Play Slideshow". Or hit F5.

First you'll need to ensure "Auto Preview" is checked off in the slide panel. Next, press the play button in the Custom Animation panel. Alternatively, "slide show" will play it full screen. F5 will also play the slide show in it's entirety in full screen.

If you just want to play a PowerPoint slide show (. ppt file), just press f5 on the keyboard, or click the slide-show icon. F5 is the fastest way.
