How do you get permission to plan a conservatory?

First you will draw up plans describing what it will be used for and how it will be funded. Next you will need to have the drawings professionally done and have a place in mind where it will be built. Then you will present this at the zoning board who makes decision and see if they will approve you.

In a few places, permission is not needed such as in England. If you have checked all the requirements and your conservatory would be more then 50% of land, facing a road, or a few other requirements you have to make sure that you check with your local planning commission to get permission.
