Go to your car dealership and give them your registration number. They will be able to order the replacement locks for you.

Factory lock can be replaced by a dealership, with the proper VIN number information about your car. Aftermarket locks generally give you a paper with a serial number on it, you can order a lock from the manufacture with this serial number. Most times you can buy the same aftermarket lock form the store and it will fit.

If it's a factory lock sometimes it can be found at a dealership if it's aftermarket it will be hard to find one and a mechanic can remove the locks.

If they are the factory rims then you can always go to a dealer to get them. If they are aftermarket rims then you can contact the manufacturer via phone, website, or a place that sells that brand. Regardless of factory or aftermarket you can also try online auctions like Ebay.

If you visit your local car shop (pep boys or something along those lines) they have the replacement parts relatively inexpensive. they can even install them for you

Auto part stores or websites typically sell a wheel lock kit that includes the locks and the unique key that unlocks the said locks. Also if the car was bought directly from the manufacturer with the wheel locks installed and you had them removed but now want them again, you can purchase new locks from the manufacturer of the car

contact the wheel manufacturer. they are the one who made the wheel. also check with a tire dealer. sometimes you can buy a new set of locks.

check with the rim manufacturer. also check with wheel and tire shops to see if they carry your brand. you can even get a new set of locks for your rims.
