To get a marriage license in Arizona, you need to go to your Superior Court County Clerks Office with your fiance. The license costs $72 unless you plan to change your name and then it costs $98.50 for a certified and legal copy. It takes about ten minutes to do the paperwork and the license is yours immediately.
