There are all sorts of scratch repair products and kits available at the parts stores. If it is a plastic bumper, you might be able to fill it with epoxy and paint over it. If it is chrome, you'll need to buff it out, or you could buy touch up paint.

You're going to need to identify what type of paint you use and the severity of the scratch, or you can get a scratch cleaner kit. It shouldn't take more than a few moments to get a hand brush and dip it in to the selected paints a put it into the gash.

To fix a scratch on a plastic bumper, fill in with epoxy then paint over in the color of the bumper. For a chrome or metal bumper, sand out the scratch. You can also purchase special scratch repair kits at auto shops that will have all the supplies you need to fix it.
