Under Windows, you can try clicking the button on the bottom left corner (Start), selecting "Run" and typing "cmd" (no quotes) in there. Once on the black command-line, you can type "route" (again without quotes) and press the enter key. You'll see a line with "0.0.0.0". The IP on the right hand side of it is your router's IP address.
