The passcode should be in the manual that came with the device. If you no longer have the manual then google search might help. If the device in question is a headset the standard passcode is 0000. If both devices you are trying to pair require a passcode then enter the same four digit number in both devices.

This is privvy to the device manufacturer. It is typically either 1111,1234, or 0000. 0000 being the most common passcode used.

Unless you have access to the other phone then there is no way to know it. It is set when you try to connect the two for the first time.
