Access the states UI page on the internet and follow the link to Benefits Online. You may also call the UI claims department at phone number 1-888-209-8124. Be prepared to give them documentation such as SS#,employers for the past 18 months,your mailing address,telephone number,banking information, your NY drivers license number, etc.

Go to New York Department of Labor website, under employment benefits online, create a persona identification number, file a claim, determine how you would like you benefits paid.
