You can either search the Microsoft Windows Media Player website or in Windows Media Player click "Help", "Index" and search for "plug ins". The help article "Add a plug into Windows Media" near the bottom of the article click the link "To download a plug-in from the internet".

Most DVD decoders will automatically download when you are trying to run a DVD that requires it. If it doesn't search on google.
