The most common method of LEGAL music downloading is itunes. You need an iPod to do this so you should get that first. If you have an MP3 player windows media has programs to be compatible with those. You could probably even google downloading music and find some kind of solution.

There are quite a few sites that you can use.Some you pay for and some are free.I use limewire.It seems to be the best and it is free.I have always found what I needed there.
