The easiest way is to use the government website. Go to Yahoo and type in interest rate of the EE savings bond. One of the first hits should be for the U.S. Government website, go there and click until you get to the rate this is very easy. You will have the option of getting current rates or older rates.

Interest rates are determined upon issue and don't change. If you own bonds and don't know what are the interests, you better ask who you got bonds from.
