A thesis title must present the topic or question being asked, otherwise it fails to communicate. Titles that pose a question or make a statement are interesting and descriptive at the same time. Some titles seem clever at the time, but look foolish on your resume a decade later; beware of cuteness. Avoid song lyrics and lines from famous poetry.

What often works best is a two part title. The first title should be a catchy phrase that has some relevance to something you've written about. It can even be a short quote that is especially evocative. You then put a colon, and follow with a subtitle that is more descriptive and indicates exactly what topic you are addressing.
