You can seat guest according to families. You will use the rsvps and seat guests according to how much is in each family. Put close friends together on the same table. You can also mix up your guests to give everyone a chance to get to know one another. Or just arrange it randomly.

This can be difficult, because there are a lot of personalities involved. The first thing you do is seat by families. Groom's family together, and bride's family together. Then, you want to make sure you sit family groups that spend time together. Also, make sure you are aware of any family feuds, and make sure you separate those groups.
