Stay calm, serious. Explain why it is wrong and what you expect from them. Teach them, that there are consequences and time out is usually an effective way. Be consistent.

The best thing at this age is to set consequences for their actions. Take toys away and or time out.

the best way is to give them a warning if they keep being terrible you put them in time out. I would take things away.

Between the ages of 2 and 3 Children tend to go through this phase where they see what they can get away with. Start putting them in time out.
