Wear cotton panties, NOT nylon. Wear loose clothes. Dry yourself thoroughly after shower/bath. Use a feminine creme that is anti-fungal. Stay away from cortisone cremes! Stay dry.

Jock itch in females can be counteracted by trying as hard as possible to stay clean and dry so no further bacteria can develop.
