To create your own invitations get good quality paper. Make sure you know how to spell all the names, places with 100% accuracy. Talk to your fiance about the wording. Learn some calligraphy for the invitations and the envelopes. There's nothing like the personal touch for weddings.

Cut some card stock to the size of a greeting card.You can use stencils for the word "Party" or "Celebrate", underneath write where the party is at and the time.
