First you need to buy Microsoft Powerpoint or a version of Microsoft Office that includes Microsoft Powerpoint. When you create a presentation you select a background image or theme, add some keywords about the topic you are holding a presentation of. You can have multiple pages in the presentation. When you are done the presentation can "played".
