How do you create a rock waterfall in your back yard?

Dig a hole, cover it with a pool liner, and fill it with water. Stack decorative/natural rocks to create your waterfall. Use a pump to suction water up the waterfall.

Buy a kit at a home improvement store that has a water pump and a basin to catch the water as it cascades over the rocks stacked atop one another.

You can create a simple rock waterfall by using rocks, mortar and a garden hose. Even an amateur can create the look of a high dollar rock waterfall by using these supplies.

First you need the water source and then you need the rocks after that it all depends on how big you want it to be and where you want the water to flow , how much of the surface. Then you need to find a way to set the rock so it wont move when the water runs over. .

In order to create a rock waterfall in your backyard, I would suggest to go and look for a huge rock that can accomindate your needs. Also, go and buy a hose and shovel so you can build it. Dig a whole, place the rock and add some water.

It is as simple as installing wiring in an outdoor pond pump and laying down a liner. Just create a smaller puddle above a larger one and surround them with rocks. Arrange them so that the water falls as you want it to.
