The stereoptypical 'dancer's body' comes from the actions that dancers do, over and over and over. It's said that ballerinas are world class athletes based on the amount of exertion during a perfomance. Find dance classes for the style you like and start. Then keep doing it. Eventually your body will shape itself based on your activity.
