The annotated bibliography will have the information needed for the reference page. You have the source, date, page, editor and publisher already. The difference of the two is the summary. Annotated bibliography has a summary and a reference page does not.

There is actually a website that will help you convert an annotated bibliography to an APA formatted reference page. Use a search engine for it and you'll find it.

APA format uses different formats for journal articles, books, websites, etc. You need to convert each listing separately. APA has a online tutorial. Don't trust do-it-for-you websites: they make mistakes.

First, remove all your paragraph annotations. Make sure the references are in alphabetical order. Then, check the APA guide to check your references for the correct format. Head the page with "Works Cited" of "Works Referenced" and include footnotes in your paper if your instructor has asked for them there.

You may want to use online tools such as Refworks for this process. The tool offers most official APA formats.
