You will need to take it to a dry cleaner if you don't want to damage the suede jacket. You cannot wash suede. It takes special handling. Also, check the label on the jacket. It may tell you more.

For dried clumps of dirt, use a nail file or sand paper to very gently rub the dirt off. For stains, first rub with a clean towel to bring up the nap of the suede. Then use a clean white eraser to gently rub the stain away.

Brush the spot with a suede brush, use a lightly damp cloth with some vinegar that has been diluted with water to rub stain gently, let dry and repeat.
