Sexy conservative is the way to go. Always cover your shoulders, but maybe sometimes show a tiny bit of cleavage. A skirt just above the knees is the shortest you should ever wear. Change it up from playful to serious, and always go with comfortable over sexy.

Women's career clothes should always be a little bit on the conservative side, although a suit is probably not required. Your best option is to look closely at what the women in your office wear and dress similarly to those in your position or above.
