(pi)x(diameter)/2 + diameter. Use the formula for the circumference of a circle which is pi x diameter (where pi = 3.14159) and diameter is the distance across the circle (along the edge of the half circle). Divide this number by 2 (only half circle) and then add the diameter.
This answer only calculates the arc portion of half circle - the circumference (or perimeter) also includes the straight line bottom of the half circle add a comment
