How do you buy a Reo?

I think this sounds like a good plan for me.

The property will have a realtor in charge of marketing the property just as any other listing. You may chose either the listing agent or one of your own. Keep in mind an REO property is an 'as is' sale so get an excellent inspector before writing your offer.

You can purcahse an REO property just like any other regular sale. Get a good buyers agent to help you, and have him assist you write an offer.
