How do you boost your energy levels?

I'm tired a lot of the time.

You need to exercise regularly with cardiovascular workouts to maintain healthy energy levels and metabolism. Also, make sure you aren't using caffeine to boost your energy, as this can cause excessive fatigue when it wears off. The same thing happens with sugar.

One of the best thing to maintain a high energy is to get enough sleep. You will notice that when you just have 6 hours sleep or below, your body seems not to function well and be alert.
