You have the option of calling your phone company and asking them to block a specific number on the phone line wich is connected to your fax device.As an alternative you can also use an internet fax service that has features such as specific phone number blocking and black listing.

If you are getting spam through your fax, make opt-out requests to them, as they are required by the FCC to comply with your request. Also, have your phone company block unidentified phone numbers, or any specific phone numbers you don't want to come through - this is the same as blocking numbers from a phone land line.
