Apply the sealant to the windshield gasket prior to seating the windshield into the recessed area. Wear latex gloves to work the sealer into the grove on the gasket.

To do this job right the first time,apply sealing urethane very heavily making sure to spread it evenly where the window will make contact.

this is how you put sealing urethane on a window first you take out the window and then you put the sealant around the window and place the window in to make a seal

With great care. Sealing urethane is not only toxic for the vapors it emits but also because of its corrossive nature. Keep your fingers clear.
