Unfortunately, no. In order to file for unemployment in Georgia, you will have to go down to the Georgia Department Labor - you will need to complete an application for unemployment and will be asked to provide a copy of your unemployment separation notice from your former employer.

It cannot be done online. You will need to go to the unemployment office and provide your social security card, separation notice from your employer, the names and addresses of your past 18 employers, and proof of immigration status if you are not a U.S. citizen.
