If your pool won't hold the chlorine level; it really could be a stabilizer issue. Raise the stabilizer to the ideal level of 50 by adding Cyanuric Acid.
On mine there is a dial you turn. But you can ask a pool specialist, if yours is different and doesn't have the dial. They would know where to locate yours.
Getting additional choleric tablets will help raise your ppm stabilizer which also means that you will need to take better care and maintain of your pool to help maintain the ppm stabilizer.
You can purchase choleric tabs that will help you stabilize the pool ppm. Also with regular cleaning an maintenance from a professional would help with the pool ppm and keep it stabilized.
Not holding chlorine could also be due to high phosphate levels. Good to check that along with the stabilizer level. add a comment
