How do wall mounted dehumidifiers work?

Answer by  shalom (271)

Same way a floor model works: it sucks in the air, cools it, which condenses the moisture, separating it from the air.

Dehumidifiers suck in air, heat it, then push it onto cold coils which causes the moisture in the air to separate from the air and drip in a bucket. You then have to empty out the bucket periodically.

A fan sucks in air, separates the water from the air, and drains it outside, if it's one of those heavy duty ones.
