You can often find troubleshooting help on the internet. Just input the model of your television,and some of the problems you are experiencing with you TV. There are many blogs and other sites you will find that will no doubt give you a solution.

Basics first of course, check your breaker. Unplug it. Disable the cable or dish on it. Check the video and audio ports. If none of these work call a tech.

Well had you provided any identifying information on the tv I could suggest where you could start. All I can say is to look online and see if people with the same tv are having similar problems.
