First, consider the circumstances that lead to his peeing in anger. Try to remedy the root of the problem. If he's bored and home alone maybe try a doggie daycare or dog walker.

The best way to stop a dog from peeing in the house for any reason is PAY ATTENTION to them, if they seem angry don't give them a chance to pee, keep an eye on them and get them outside often, then praise for going in the right place. Repetition!

A dog is not peeing in the house because it's mad. Catch it in the act, gently scold it with a verbal no and take it where it should urinate.

The best thing to do is figure out why he's "mad" if that is the reason he's peeing in the house and to stop making him "mad". If he's getting upset over things that can't be stopped then try to predict when he'll be mad and keep a very close eye on him so he can't sneak away and pee.

There can be many reasons why dogs urinate inappropriately. Consult with your veterinarian to do tests to rule out urinary disease and give you advice on behavior and retraining.
