The fuel shut of solenoid should be an easily removable piece, unbolt it and remove the fuel fittings, being sure to either drain the tank or keep elevated

Not knowing more about the engine it is hard to say. Typically it involves removing a cover on the side of the block.

In order to replace the fuel shut off in your Cummings engine you will have to get under the hood. Once under the hood, the shut off is near the fuel pump.
