How do I repair a rear brake on my Oldsmobile Toronado?

Most mechanical experts would consider this a semi-difficult endeavor, it's best to consult either a licensed auto-mechanic or contact your dealership before making these level of repairs. You're going to need to remove the back tires and pull off the old brake pads, this can be done by hand. Exposing the rotors, with a C-clamp. It's very strait forward.

The same as any other car, you jack it up and remove the wheel, use brake cleaner, and wd40 to release it if its locked, then unbolt as needed. Installation is just the reverse!

Well it depends on what is wrong. The brake system has a lot of components and without specifying what need repaired I really can't help you. Look online for brake maintnece guides to start.

Unless you already know what you're doing, I would recommend having the car towed to a shop and having the service done there.
