A bullet piercing valve is used to enter the system via gauges and then a recovery machine pumps the fluid out or the units compressor is used for removal.

Unless you are an EPA certified techinician, what you want to do is illegal. If you don't care about a $25,700 fine, knock a hole in it.

If you are wanting to remove this type of freon then you will need to get a hose and a pump.
