First turn the unit off and remove plug from the power source. When powering on the unit again make sure the child lock is not on. If this does not work open the detergent cover and find florescent plastic string usually green, pull this and it will unlock the door.

There is a handle inside the circle in front of machine. Pull that handle and machine will be open for you. Its sipmle

in the front of the machine there is an handle inside the circle that you have to pull an then the machine will open for you then you will have to set the machine the way you want to wash and the buttons are next to the door for you to start your load
