You would normally only have one of these if you ran a website. This would be the name of that site e.g. www joebloggswebsite co uk

To have a URL you most likely need to take another step. You will have gotten an IP-address from your ISP. A URL has to be associated with an IP-address. This is done by nameservers. Since your ISP usually assigns a new IP to you every time you reconnect you need to use something like dyndns (basic service is free).
