The only safe way of keeping bugsfromthe corn is to store it in airtight container. You may have to pick out the bugs by hand with some ort of strainer.

The most effective way to keep bugs out of corn bags is to keep them stored in airtight containers. If airtight containers are not available, you can mix herbs like mint or lemon balm in with the corn as they offer some insect repellent qualities. Bay leaves added to the corn bag will also help prevent bug infestation.

It would probably be best to know what type of corn bag you are wanting to keep bugs out of. Possibly the best way to keep bug out of your corn bags is to store them in an airtight container. Depending on the size needed you might try a Rubbermaid like container.
