Simply click on the "Open" button and browse to the .csv file. Excel will either open the file directly, using the commas as delimiters to separate the data into columns or it will start the the "Text to columns" wizard. If you get the wizard, select the option which allows you to use a comma as a delimiter.

Select the CSV file on your computer and right click on it. A menu will open up and select "Open With" and select Excel. This should do it.

First, save the file with the extension. csv on your hard drive or other storage. Then open the file by clicking the Office button, or using the CTRL-O combination. This will open a dialog box where you can select the file to import. For existing sheet, click "data", then in the "External data" section, click "From Text" to import.

Go to format | data in columns. Then choose a separator character, that defines which character in the csv should depart the columns. Click on finish.

Double click on the csv file. Excel loads the data into a single column. Go to data | text in columns and choose the comma as separator.
