They can be grown in plastic or clay pots. Use a bark based medium, mixing with a inorganic medium like pearlite. Be careful not to overwater. Direct or indirect sunlight.

You should put your oncidium orchid in a pots that drains well.You also need to apply some fine grade potting mix for plants with fine roots.

They like bright light and moist air, somewhat humid. Allow to become a little dry between waterings. Repot about every 18 months. They enjoy light misting in the mornings.
