It is no different for this breed than others. Feed, water, exercise on a schedule. Take the pup out whenever it wakes, has had a playtime, just ate or drank.
It's important to take him outside after he eats so when he has to go he will be outside. Keep up a regular schedule of taking him outside after he eats and at other times throughout the day. Eventually, he will associate outside with going potty. Jack Russells are smart!
Make sure you have puppy pads on hand if you're trying to train any kind of puppy and teach them to go on the pads. Then, teach them to go outside and firmly tell them NO when they go inside and take them out. Reward them when they go outside.
first get a schedule set up for him to eat and drink. Then after 5 minutes take them outside and let them do their business. When he goes outside tell him good boy and reward him with playtime and a treat.
First off make sure you are home with the puppy alot, also let him out many times throughout the day. When he does something wrong make sure you decpline him, and when he does something good reward him.
You have to stay consistant and you need someone to be there with the puppy at all times because when you start training if you can catch them when they eat drink or just wake up from a nap you will have much better luck with potty training with any breed.
