The best ways to get these is by calling the school and asking them to send them to you. Usually you'll only get some copies and not the original document.

The best thing to do is put in a call to your high school. Look up their number online and call the main reception number. Tell them what you're looking for, and they should transfer you to the right person. If your name has changed, be sure to give them the name that would appear on your transcripts.

You may be able to order your transcript online. Check to see if your school has a website. If not, you should call your high school and ask them.
