I think you need to appear self-assured and confident. I would even go as far as to say that you could approach them with some light conversation. Just feel proud to be you and know your value. Let it show.

Ask them out yourself! Some men (even the attractive ones) are too intimidated to ask a woman out. So take matters into your own hands!
