Really depends on where the rotten egg smell came from. Is it something from the vents if you could try changing and cleaning the cabin filter and pan.

The smell is probably due to your gasoline brand being incompatible with your catalytic converter. Buy a higher octane gas and it should clear away after about 5 tanks.

Try using a color-safe bleach with soap and steam clean the seats, carpets and rugs. Wipe down the entire car, dash board, center council etc. with hot soapy water. There are also fabric refreshers and bacterial germ killers you can spray when you are finished. If the smell is still there then repeat it and maybe try vinager and water.

What's the source of the smell? If something in the upholstery or carpet, professionally clean them. If it's coming from the exhaust system, your catalytic converter must be replaced. In either case, air the car out and park it with an open dish of white vinegar to absorb the odor.
