There nothing you can do to expedite the process. Claims that drinking a lot of water, tomato juice, milk, etc. are false. The most effective plan is don't use drugs.

To eliminate the opiates in your system one should drink lots and lots of water or cranberry juice. A person with opiates in their body should exercise as much as possible the more you exercise the more you sweat, the more you sweat the faster they come out. The best way is to not do drugs at all!

Exercise, drink lots of water, sweat, eat foods containing fiber... And stop using substances that you don't want detected. Those are ways to increase your metabolism and step up the elimination process, which occurs naturally with metabolism and excretion. It will eventually work its way out of your system regardless.

Opiates don't stay in your system for more than 72 hrs. Drink a lot of water and/or Gatorade to flush out -coming from personal experience. Good luck!

You have a large problem. Opiates will not respond to any of the fake "clean up" products available. The good news is they can clear fairly quickly.

At a temporary employment agency I overheard a small group of job seekers chatting about pre-employment drug tests. One had asked a doctor during an appointment and had received the advice to consume lots of Gatorade during the days before the test.

The best thing you can do is to try to dilute the drugs in your system by drinking lots of fluids. Drink several glasses of water every day.

The best way to clear your body of opiates is to drink copious amounts of fluids in order to flush your body for the test. This helps reduce the concentration of the opiates in your blood or urine.

Sorry to say this, but there is no way to get opiates out of your system "faster". It can take up to six months. My advice to you would be to not do drugs anymore! Stay clean: that's a tried and true way to pass any and all drug tests!

6 months? try 3-7 days, and only longer with repetitive, heavy use.  add a comment

sorry to say this but opiates don't stay in your system longer than 3 days. unless your an extremely heavy user. don't give advice unless you know what you're talking about.  add a comment

Terri..who wrote above me is wrong. depends upon the opiate used. heroin 3-5 days. oxycontin 1-3 days. vikodin 1-4 days, percocet 2-4 days. Drinks lots of liquids everyday at least 8 glasses of water a day..atleast.  add a comment

Nice numbers. But oxycontin and Perocet are Oxycodone, the exact same drug one just has a time release binding agent in them. If Anything the Oxycontin with the time release weather it be "broken" which a lot of time its not completely broken would last a tiny bit longer.  add a comment

How can people just post things on here without really having proof. It should take only 72 hours, but I can't say for sure and I'm a user! I do know this after going without for about 3 days I start to withdraw leaving me to believe they are out.  add a comment

i have heard that if you take a table spoon of baking soda in 8 oz cup of water 12 hrs before you should be clean, but it gave me dirrehea bad it worked though. and i also heard about taking a small shot of vinegar to help pass.  add a comment

Also here to tell you that you are wrong. You couldn't have done a single google search much less any genuine research. 6 months? lol. Opiates are water soluble, so drinking lots of water WILL help. Look up N2's dilution method, meant for THC but works for opiates too.  add a comment

I was a $500 a day user and it took me 6 days when i was on a binge. and when i would stop for weeks and take my pain pills over a few days, it would take 3 days. 72hrs tops. Metabolism matters too..  add a comment

it is not as easy to stop using opiates as it is to say it, its the hardest thing to come off of, you lose yourself in addiction and finding yourself again is extremely difficult!! it becomes your life, and finding your old life isnt easy!!  add a comment

read the literature on it!! it takes 3-5 days to flush your system of opiates (unless it is methadone which gets into your bone marrow) multiple rehab centers have even said 5 days and thats with uses daily up to over 100mg a day!  add a comment

r.Terri ... 6 months! look it up anywhere... most opiates stay in the system for only a few days... 6 at the most if your talking about something simple like codeine or condone. Sure, it would be detectable inhair for awhile asmost chemicals canbe. but that's not "inyourbody"  add a comment

6 months lady, really?! Ive flushed opiates out of my system in one day. Dont know where you get your information but its completely false!  add a comment

Opiates have a very short half life. They do not stay in your system for that period of time. At absolute most they stay in the system for 6 days for heavy users. Get your information correct.  add a comment

You can't. You can only dilute your urine by drinking gallons of water the day of the test. Also B- vitamins to give it color. Only opiates that metabolize into morphine are tested for in 95% of tests, so research what you have been using. You can't fool blood tests.

ahhh shutup give the kid a break, at least he is not out drinking and driving. Opiates are not a bad drug as long as you dont spend money on them, stop them after using for 3 days and wait at least a week before using again. 24-72 hours

are you serious? There are more people in methadone clinics due to prescription narcotics than heroin.  add a comment

I just went thru a hospital rapid detox two weeks ago. I was on 155 mg methadone for 4 yrs. I am still going thru it. Whatever you do, no methadone its the most painful withdrawl and it doesn't really get you high.  add a comment

amen to no methadone, detoxing right now and after a week, I feel worse than I did on day four with no done. If your hooked on tabs, or oxy's, best way is cold turkey and counseling. no methadone!!  add a comment

It TOTALLY blows my mind on how many opinions are on here!! I do believe 6 months is rather excessive, but 5 - 7 days seems more realistic. I've been told to drink water As much as possible; and exercise as well. Limit my diet to fluids...

Suboxone is twice as hard to come off of. Also, opiates store in kidneys, hence why the advise is to flush. Caffeine products r diuretics, so mix and match lots of fluids with caffeine

How come everyone knows all about opiates but when they each speak about it they tend to reveal how little they all know about anything?

if your serious about getting off opiates, and are considering methadone, dont, check into suboxone first. making the switch this week after 8 yrs of methadone liquid handcuffs. suboxone doesnt have the stigma that methadone does  add a comment

Jail works. I've got clean 3 times in jail. Its because of my own stupidity that I relapseed. The best option is to seperate youself from those that use (easier said than done I know) and surround yourself with people that support you getting clean and will keep an eyeoutforyou  add a comment
